Why go for a massage? Many do because they have pains or tension in different parts of their body, some go because they need to relax; simply to spoil themselves.

 

 

 

Whether you are sports active or not, massage is good for your body.

 

Many are having issues with tension in the back and shoulders due to office work, hard working, heavy lifting, wrong training or simply the wrong posture.

 

I can offer a massage that is fitted to your needs. We talk for a short while to clarify your problems, and then I will give you a massage. By the end of a treatment I will give you some advice on good exercises to do. If you wish you can also have a follow up training program.

 

Massage is good for:

Therefore I am offering a profesional massage that will give you a total relaxation to refresh your energy for a new day.

 

Of course you cannot go every day, but every now and then when you are getting tense or the sleep seems unsufficient then it will be a real treat.
